Annual provider access
When a provider’s annual term expires, unpaid ZIP territory access, routing, listing visibility, reporting access, and stored provider-facing data may automatically drop off, disable, unpublish, or return to available status.
Core payment rule
  • 1Once a provider payment is received, approved, processed, or captured, that payment is final and non-refundable.
  • 2Cancellation stops future renewal only. Cancellation does not create a refund for the current annual term.
  • 3At expiration or non-payment, provider ZIP data, route data, call/click data access, dashboard access, and listing access may drop off automatically.
No-Refund Provider Policy

All B2B Provider Payments Are Final and Non-Refundable

This policy is intentionally strict. ExtermiGuard sells business-provider access, annual ZIP territory availability, routing-related access, provider listing access, account features, dashboard access, reports, and related B2B provider tools. Once payment is received, ExtermiGuard treats that payment as final.

No Refunds

No refunds are issued after payment is received, captured, approved, processed, or accepted for any provider account, ZIP, annual term, renewal, add-on, or paid feature.

No Proration

There are no prorated refunds, partial refunds, day-count refunds, monthly conversions, unused-time refunds, or return of fees for early cancellation.

Annual Term Ends

When the annual expiration date arrives without renewal, paid access may end automatically and related provider data may drop from active systems.

Data Drops Off

Expired provider data, ZIP routing, listing visibility, reports, call/click access, and account benefits may be disabled, removed, unpublished, or returned to availability.

1. No Refunds Whatsoever Once Payment Is Received

All ExtermiGuard B2B provider payments are final and non-refundable once payment is received, processed, approved, captured, or accepted by ExtermiGuard or its payment processor. This applies whether payment is made by card, bank payment, digital wallet, invoice, checkout link, manual invoice, renewal, saved payment method, subscription billing, annual billing, territory purchase, add-on purchase, or any other accepted payment method.

ExtermiGuard does not provide refunds, prorated refunds, partial refunds, unused-time refunds, credits, rollovers, account credits, territory credits, route credits, future-service credits, goodwill credits, discount credits, replacement ZIP credits, or reimbursement after payment is received.

Provider acknowledgment:

By submitting payment, the provider agrees that the purchase is final, the annual provider term begins according to the purchase record, and no refund will be issued for the current paid term once payment is received, except where a non-waivable law requires a different result.

2. This Policy Applies to B2B Provider Purchases Only

This Refund Policy applies to business-provider purchases and B2B access connected to ExtermiGuard. It is not a consumer pest control service refund policy. ExtermiGuard does not perform pest control treatments, does not inspect properties, and does not issue refunds for work performed by separate pest control providers.

Covered B2B provider purchases may include:

  • Annual provider membership access.
  • ZIP territory purchases, ZIP territory renewals, ZIP territory claims, and ZIP territory add-ons.
  • Call routing, URL routing, call-button access, website-button access, and consumer routing features.
  • Provider dashboard access, account portal access, reports, call/click reports, invoice tools, notes, routing settings, and provider profile features.
  • Setup fees, activation fees, administration fees, add-on features, optional tools, promotional placements, badges, and related paid features.

3. No Refund Reasons Accepted After Payment

Once payment is received, ExtermiGuard will not issue refunds because a provider changes its mind, stops using the account, no longer wants the ZIP, selected the wrong ZIP, entered wrong business details, entered the wrong phone number, entered the wrong website URL, failed to answer calls, failed to maintain licensing, failed to maintain insurance, failed to maintain website access, failed to update routing information, failed to use the dashboard, or failed to renew before expiration.

No-Refund ScenarioPolicy
Provider changes mindNo refund, no credit, no reversal, and no unused-time return.
Provider cancels earlyCancellation stops future renewal only. It does not refund the current annual term.
Provider does not receive expected calls, clicks, leads, jobs, revenue, ranking, or exposureNo refund. ExtermiGuard does not guarantee volume, quality, conversion, revenue, search ranking, or sales outcome.
Provider entered wrong routing informationNo refund. Provider is responsible for correct phone, URL, business, licensing, service-area, and account information.
Provider fails to answer phone calls or respond to consumersNo refund. Provider is responsible for staffing, phones, voicemail, website, response process, and consumer communication.
Provider loses license, insurance, service ability, or business eligibilityNo refund. Provider must maintain eligibility, license status, insurance, and ability to service claimed areas.
Provider account is suspended or removed for violationNo refund. ExtermiGuard may disable access without refund for misuse, non-compliance, false information, chargeback, abuse, or policy violation.

4. No Guarantee of Calls, Clicks, Leads, Customers, Jobs, Revenue, or Ranking

ExtermiGuard does not guarantee that a provider will receive any minimum number of calls, clicks, leads, web visits, form submissions, customers, appointments, quotes, jobs, repeat customers, territory value, return on investment, revenue, profit, search ranking, map ranking, organic ranking, paid ranking, conversion rate, or exposure level.

Provider results may depend on consumer demand, seasonality, ZIP population, pest activity, competition, provider pricing, provider reputation, provider answer rate, provider website quality, provider phone system, provider service area, provider licensing, provider availability, local market conditions, search engine changes, website changes, tracking limitations, technical issues, weather, economy, and other factors outside ExtermiGuard’s control.

No lack of calls, lack of clicks, low call quality, missed calls, consumer behavior, low conversion, lack of revenue, lack of appointment, lack of search ranking, lack of exposure, or lack of pest control jobs creates any refund right.

5. Annual Term, Expiration Date, and Automatic Drop-Off

ExtermiGuard provider purchases are annual unless a different written term is clearly shown at checkout or in a signed written agreement. The annual term runs until the expiration date shown in the provider account, invoice, order record, checkout record, renewal record, payment record, or internal ExtermiGuard system.

When the annual expiration date arrives without successful renewal payment, the provider’s paid access may automatically expire. ExtermiGuard may immediately or automatically disable, remove, unpublish, archive, delete, overwrite, release, reassign, or return provider-related access, routing, ZIP territory status, call/click visibility, listing visibility, reports, and provider data to available status.

At expiration, ExtermiGuard may automatically drop off or disable:

  • Claimed ZIP territory access and ZIP territory status.
  • Provider routing, phone routing, URL routing, call buttons, website buttons, and consumer routing options.
  • Provider listings, provider profile visibility, badges, promotional visibility, territory placement, and account benefits.
  • Dashboard access, portal access, call logs, click logs, reports, invoice access, notes, routing settings, and provider-facing records.
  • Stored provider data, business details, phone details, website details, service-area details, and ZIP-related information where not required for legal or business records.
Automatic expiration rule:

Providers are responsible for renewing before expiration. ExtermiGuard is not required to hold, reserve, protect, export, preserve, restore, reinstate, or reassign expired ZIP territories, routing settings, data, reports, logs, provider access, or account features after the annual term expires.

6. Data, Reports, Logs, and Provider Access After Expiration

Provider access to call logs, click logs, dashboard reports, routing records, ZIP records, provider account details, invoice tools, notes, territory settings, and related provider-facing data is tied to active paid access unless ExtermiGuard states otherwise in writing.

Once the annual term expires, is canceled, is not renewed, is suspended, is terminated, or is disabled for non-payment or policy violation, ExtermiGuard may remove provider access to data and is not obligated to provide exports, backups, reports, screenshots, invoices, routing history, call/click history, evidence, data copies, reinstatement, or continued account access.

ExtermiGuard may keep certain records internally for business, security, accounting, fraud prevention, chargeback response, legal compliance, tax, operational, or dispute purposes. Internal record retention does not mean a provider has continued access after expiration.

7. Cancellations Stop Future Renewal Only

A provider may request cancellation of future renewal where cancellation is available. Cancellation does not undo the purchase, does not refund the current paid annual term, does not create a partial refund, and does not convert the annual term into monthly billing.

If a provider cancels before the annual expiration date, ExtermiGuard may allow access to continue until the expiration date or may disable access earlier depending on the account status, feature rules, security concerns, provider request, payment issue, violation, or operational setting. Early disablement does not create a refund right.

8. Routing, Phone, URL, and Provider Information Responsibility

Providers are responsible for keeping all account information accurate, including legal business name, authorized signer, service areas, claimed ZIPs, phone number, website URL, license information, insurance information, billing information, routing preference, service availability, and account contact details.

ExtermiGuard does not issue refunds for missed calls, wrong numbers, disconnected numbers, blocked numbers, voicemail issues, provider phone outages, website outages, wrong URLs, broken landing pages, slow websites, unavailable staff, poor response times, after-hours calls, incorrect service areas, license problems, provider staffing problems, or any issue caused by provider information, provider systems, or provider operations.

9. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes, Reversals, and Failed Payments

A chargeback, bank dispute, payment reversal, unauthorized dispute, fraud claim, failed renewal payment, blocked payment, or payment processor hold may immediately suspend or terminate provider access, ZIP territory status, routing, listing visibility, reports, dashboard access, and related account features.

Providers agree to contact ExtermiGuard first to resolve billing questions before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback after receiving provider access, ZIP territory access, dashboard access, routing access, listing access, annual membership access, or related account benefits may be treated as a violation of this Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

Chargeback consequences may include:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of account access.
  • Immediate removal of routing, listing, ZIP territory, dashboard, and report access.
  • Loss of claimed ZIP territory status without refund or reinstatement guarantee.
  • Recovery of disputed amounts, processor fees, chargeback fees, collection costs, administrative costs, and legal fees where allowed.

10. Duplicate Billing, Clear Payment Error, or Required Legal Exception

ExtermiGuard’s policy is no refunds once payment is received. If there is a clear duplicate charge, payment processor error, unauthorized payment error, or a non-waivable legal requirement, ExtermiGuard may review the issue. A correction for a duplicate billing error or payment processor mistake is not a general refund right and does not change this no-refund policy.

Providers must report billing concerns promptly through the ExtermiGuard contact page or provider account channel, include the business name, order number, invoice number, payment date, last four digits of the payment method if applicable, and a clear description of the issue. ExtermiGuard may request verification before reviewing any billing claim.

11. Suspension, Removal, or Termination Does Not Create a Refund

ExtermiGuard may suspend, disable, remove, or terminate provider access without refund if ExtermiGuard believes the provider violated any policy, submitted false information, failed to maintain required licensing or insurance, created consumer risk, used misleading claims, abused the platform, filed a chargeback, failed payment, misused data, attempted unauthorized access, harmed the website, or created legal, safety, reputational, compliance, or operational risk.

Removal, suspension, or termination for these reasons does not create a refund, credit, proration, replacement ZIP, or extension.

12. Relationship to Other ExtermiGuard Terms

This Refund Policy works together with ExtermiGuard’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, provider account rules, checkout terms, trial terms, invoice terms, renewal terms, and any written provider agreement. If a provider makes payment, the provider agrees to all applicable terms connected to that payment.

Legal review recommended:

This Refund Policy is a strong B2B provider no-refund template for ExtermiGuard and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publishing, especially if ExtermiGuard uses annual ZIP territory sales, trials, automatic renewals, payment processors, chargeback rules, provider portals, call routing, URL routing, consumer lead routing, invoices, or subscription billing.

Provider Access Terms

Provider Payment Buys Access for the Annual Term, Not Guaranteed Results

A provider payment gives access to the paid provider feature, ZIP territory status, routing setting, listing feature, dashboard feature, report access, or related business-provider function for the applicable annual term. It does not guarantee consumer calls, clicks, leads, customers, jobs, sales, search ranking, business growth, or revenue.

Providers are responsible for answering calls, maintaining service capability, maintaining accurate account information, maintaining licensing, maintaining insurance, using the provider dashboard, renewing before expiration, and understanding that access can drop off automatically when the annual term ends.

No Refund After Payment

Once payment is received, the provider purchase is final even if the provider does not use the account, cancels early, or receives no calls.

Renew Before Expiration

Expired provider access may drop off automatically, and ExtermiGuard is not required to restore ZIPs, routing, reports, or data.

FAQ

B2B Provider Refund Policy FAQ

These answers explain ExtermiGuard’s no-refund rule for provider accounts, annual ZIP territory purchases, routing access, provider dashboard access, reports, renewals, cancellations, expiration, dropped data, and chargebacks.

Does ExtermiGuard give refunds to B2B providers?

No. All B2B provider payments are final and non-refundable once payment is received, processed, approved, captured, or accepted. ExtermiGuard does not provide refunds, prorated refunds, partial refunds, credits, rollovers, or unused-time returns for provider purchases.

What happens if a provider cancels before the annual term expires?

Cancellation stops future renewal only where future renewal applies. Cancellation does not refund the current paid annual term and does not create a credit, proration, replacement ZIP, or unused-time return.

What happens when the annual expiration date arrives?

When the annual expiration date arrives without successful renewal, provider access may automatically expire. ZIP territory status, routing, call buttons, URL buttons, listing visibility, dashboard access, reports, call/click logs, and provider-facing data may drop off, disable, unpublish, or return to available status.

Will ExtermiGuard restore data after expiration?

ExtermiGuard is not required to restore, export, preserve, reinstate, hold, protect, or reassign expired provider ZIPs, routing settings, reports, logs, dashboard access, account benefits, or provider-facing data after expiration, cancellation, non-payment, suspension, or termination.

Can a provider get a refund if no calls or leads come in?

No. ExtermiGuard does not guarantee calls, clicks, leads, customers, jobs, revenue, rankings, exposure, conversion, or return on investment. Low volume, no volume, poor conversion, missed calls, or no revenue does not create a refund right.

Can a provider get a refund for entering the wrong phone number, URL, ZIP, or business information?

No. Providers are responsible for accurate account, routing, ZIP, phone, website, license, service-area, billing, and business information. Wrong information, missed calls, broken URLs, phone problems, website issues, or provider response issues do not create a refund right.

What happens if a provider files a chargeback?

A chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, failed payment, or processor hold may immediately suspend or terminate provider access, ZIP territory status, routing, listing visibility, dashboard access, reports, and related account features. ExtermiGuard may seek recovery of disputed amounts, fees, costs, and legal expenses where allowed.

Are there any exceptions to the no-refund rule?

ExtermiGuard’s policy is no refunds once payment is received. A clear duplicate billing error, payment processor mistake, or non-waivable legal requirement may be reviewed, but that does not create a general refund right or change the no-refund policy.

Is this Refund Policy legal advice?

No. This page is a B2B provider refund policy template for ExtermiGuard and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publishing or relying on it for legal compliance.
